This webpage serves the purpose of letting me be unregulated with my subject matter.  The sanctions laid down by the ALFF Board of Directors have officially been lifted.  Now I can access the message board.  The CADET PROGRAM is clean and we are ready to regain what is rightfully ours, THE WALTER PAYTON ALFF AWARD.  So in any event by creating this webpage, I can give you my 10 cents.  (My 2 cents are FREE)
